We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
At present we ship within continental 48 U.S.A states. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.
Most of our packages are shipped via USPS (US postal service) First class mail. Larger packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours. Once the orders are processed the tracking information will be available on ebay. If you have special needs regarding shipping please let us know prior to make a purchase.

All Sales are Final. All of our items are BRAND NEW in original packing. We do not sell anything other than new items unless otherwise specified in the auction. The buyer must report any Manufacturers defect/damage to us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will happily replace/exchange the defective items only for the same item. All returns must be in their original condition, with all plastic straps, tape, etc. still intact and un-removed and in its original un-tampered form. Defective items will not be exchanged if it does not meet the above conditions (please check your item before removing anything), and will be shipped back at the buyers cost. We will file a damage claim for the buyer if the item shows up damaged. A replacement will be shipped once we receive all necessary paperwork from our shipper. For all return items, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Refund will be issued within 3 days once we receive the item. All returned items must be shipped with tracking number. If you placed an order in error or you simply want to return or exchange the item that is shipped, the seller will charge 20% restocking OR the original shipping cost paid by the seller (including the items that were offered as free shipping.
